Local Businesses Step Up Again For Camrose Centre

Since we started in 2016, we have always had fantastic support from our local business community. And, despite tough times for so many over the past couple of years, they have come up trumps again as we look towards our Bath and Back ride in June 2022.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that our headline sponsors for 2022 are Neale Turk Solicitors and Winkworth Basingstoke, each of which has donated a sizeable amount towards our target and will help make the ride an even greater success.

Winkworth has followed the ‘Ark Riders’ exploits over the last few years with increasing admiration for the selfless and demanding commitment to fundraising for local charities, particularly as our Sales and Lettings Manager, Anna O’Shea, has been a keen participant.

This year they are cycling to ‘Bath & Back’ in aid of The Camrose Centre and now Winkworth is proud to have the opportunity to contribute to this highly valued and respected cause and wish all the Ark Riders the very best of luck.

Being a local firm, we at Neale Turk know the great work the Camrose Centre does helping people who are homeless or vulnerably housed. This is one of the greatest challenges in our society today and there should be no reason why anyone in this country has to experience homelessness. We are therefore delighted to support this wonderful project. We are keen to help raise as much as we can for this excellent local charity and would ask the whole town to get behind them.

Having previously supported the Arkriders, we are aware of the great work they have done for our community and the support they have given to local charities over the years. We welcome the opportunity to sponsor them again and wish them the best of luck for the ride ahead.

On top of these two fantastic sponsors, we are also being supported once again by Basingstoke Deane Rotary, which supports many local charities, particularly those that have no fundraising capacity for themselves.

A huge thanks as well to Beaufort Financial Reading for funding the riders shirts. This is a cost which was budgeted for and will save us an additional £2,000 which can go straight to the charity.
